Here are the facts. They are indisputable...
-On Sunday, May 13, 2018, Tucson Police Officers assigned to Operations Division West responded to a domestic dispute. This incident was documented under Tucson Police Department case number 1805130195.
-May 13, 2018, was Mother's Day. During this incident, a woman of color was beaten up by a Tucson Police Department Sergeant in her own home (her picture is at the top of this story).
-The excessive force was reported by family members of this battered woman AND other officers who were on scene!
-The victim mother was paid approximately $400,000.00 of taxpayer dollars (although we do have paperwork that showed she was asking for $250,000.00). We'll figure that out.
We will show the entire investigation to include all reports and supplements as well as the body worn camera footage. We are also aware of some footage that was taken during the rat squad investigation, you'll get that too.
We've said in the past that the Tucson Police Department Rat Squad (with "guidance" from Chief-level commanders) will take an investigation and decide where the investigation should go based on personal relationships or the "optics" of the incident, NOT the facts of the case. The "investigation" is reverse engineered to arrive at their predetermined conclusion. Rat Squad personnel are NOT fact finders.
We know that the sergeant who beat up the woman on Mother's Day was initially investigated for the excessive force violation that it was. Even one of the sergeants who was investigating the "beatdown sergeant" stated this was an excessive use of force. She then stated that this was totally NOT excessive force. Miraculously, the sergeant who beat up this woman like an angry gorilla, was disciplined for failing to supervise because reasons! The sergeant who initially called this an excessive use of force before she said it was NOT excessive force has since been promoted to Captain. Come to think of it, everyone who assisted in the cover up has been swiftly promoted through the ranks!! And to show just how serious the Tucson Police Department is about a supervisor failing to supervise, they promoted the beatdown sergeant to LIEUTENANT!!! ***We are NOT making this up***
You deserve to see how far the Tucson Police Department has gone to cover this up. We just called in some help from some guys who will get the information the Tucson Police Department has been hiding. When we get it, you will get. As we stated earlier, several people involved in this coverup has been swiftly promoted through the ranks. We'll show how they helped in the cover up and we'll expose some skeletons the "investigators" have hidden!
STAY TUNED!!
